The Year 2001 (Page 4) |
| For some reason it just so
happened that in the latter half of 2000, I didn't really spend much time
with my friends from The C.C.. There wasn't really a reason I guess,
it just happened that way, partly because of undergrad graduation and
peeps leaving. But there were still peeps in Austin that I just
lost a little touch with for some reason. Anyway, if 2000 was the
year of slightly drifting, then 2001 was definitely the year of getting reacquainted
with hometown people. It's what I definitely needed too! Since then, all
my friendships w/peeps from The C.C. have gotten nothing but
stronger! So here is 2001, which includes Disneyland, Mardi Gras,
plenty of fun with friends, and the unfortunate events that happened in
New York September 11, 2001...

After drinking more and having more fun, we finally... |
...called it a night and gave the last 'horns sign! |
A bunch of us got together at the Hula Hut for Liza's
birthday a couple of days later. It was a lot of fun ...

The next day, the group was at it again! This time
it was at Cheers w/flamin' Dr. Peppers for Karen's Bday. |
I think Mr. Poll from a few nights prior came back to give
Bragg a big surprise

Monica & Amanda joined the fun as we then went back
and convened at ol' reliable ... The Aquarium. |

And then the very next night, guess what we did
again? Yup ... we went out! OG came down from Dallas.
Along with Gabe, us four were all roommates in undergrad. Poor OG though, he had to
share his side of the apartment with messy ass Hunter! Nasty! |
Of course the night wouldn't be complete without a
few shots! Dude, that whole week of going out totally killed my
bladder. Just looking at these pictures again, I can remember how
hard we rolled that week! Ahh, why do we have to grow old?
