Photo Album - The Year 2000 (Page 2)

The year 2000, from undergrad graduation in May to the end of the year, was a crazy crazy time.  It still took me some time to get used to writing '2000' on my checks and stuff, rather than starting things with the then normal '19..'.   The second half of the year 2000 was more about growing and, sadly, slightly drifting, for me at least.  Maintaining and keeping in touch with hometown people became hard, and consequently I ended up spending less time with my close close friends, as you can see in these pictures.  There was a lot of travel, and a lot of practice and training.  "The Real World" became more than a term used on a MTV show.  It became real life.  Here are pictures that span the second half of the year that we all call 2000 ...

The beautiful Charles River on a sunny sunny day...

Providence, Rhode Island at the beginning of Fall...

I totally suck at golf, but I played Torrey Pines in La...

...Joya (N San Diego), CA anyway while out in SoCal.

The course is fantastic, definitely one of the best...

... name courses I've been fortunate enough to play.

Winter brought a trip to NYC.  It was great to be back

in the city, and especially to see Erin again.  Her & I..

...had a great time hangin' out & doin' NYC up the way

...it's supposed to be done.  We had to get TS shots.

Big Mike & Portia after watchin' Fosse on Broadway...

Disney/ABC seems to own everything in TS area.

The weather was typical winter weather for NYC, ...

...which means gloomy.  She still shines though.

Again in Times Square, though during the day...

Erin smilin' in front of Rockefeller Center Plaza...

The city on a very foggy day looks gross.  Though, ...

...winter is a great time to ice skate in Central Park.

Statue outside the 59th St. Entrance of the Park...

Pimpin' it in the hotel, checkin' out the view...
