Joshua Luke Bedford  (1978 - 2002)

"Joshua L. Bedford passed away on September 17, 2002.  He was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 13, 1978 to the union of Carol Kelly Bedford and Melvin Bedford.

After the family moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, he attended schools here: Corpus Christi Cathedral, Christ the King, Tom Browne and Mary Carroll High School.

He currently attended Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi and recently joined Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.  Josh was a member of the Calvary First Baptist Church where he was baptized at an early age.

He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Carol Dilworth: two sisters Kelly (Dennis) Washington, Maryetta: one brother, Melvin; a host of relatives and friends, all of Corpus Christi.

Visitation will be Monday, September 23, 2002, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Unity Chapel Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. at Calvary First Baptist, 2906 Carver Dr. with Rev. C.E. Richardson officiating.

Interment will be held at Rose Memorial Park."
